Lifetime Support

At Maldutch Puppies Home, our relationship with you doesn’t end when you take your puppy home—it’s just the beginning. As responsible breeders, passionate dog lovers, and experienced trainers, we take great pride in the wellbeing of our puppies. While we strive to raise healthy, happy Dobermans, some factors—such as genetics, nutrition, exercise, and overall care—are beyond our control.

In the rare event that something goes wrong and our health guarantee doesn’t fully cover the situation, we are still here to help. While we cannot guarantee your puppy will never experience a health issue, we do promise to support you in every way possible and ensure your new family member is the best companion they can be.

Our Health Guarantee

Although no puppy can ever truly be replaced, we understand that the pain of loss may be eased by the presence of a new companion. Here’s what our Wellbeing Assurance offers:

  • If a puppy passes away due to a genetic condition within the first few years of life, or if a significant inherited issue is diagnosed by an approved veterinarian within two years, we will offer a replacement puppy of equal value at no cost to you.

  • If a genetic condition leads to the death of a puppy within ten years of birth, and it is confirmed by a licensed veterinarian, we will reimburse 70% of the original purchase price toward a new puppy of equal value.

What We Ask of You

We are deeply committed to your puppy’s health, but we need your help to ensure they remain happy and thriving. Here’s what we ask:

  • Please send us a copy of your puppy’s initial veterinary assessment (clinical record) within two business days of adoption. This should be performed by a licensed veterinarian.

  • Your puppy will have received age-appropriate and progressive vaccinations. To avoid over-vaccination, please do not give any additional shots within the first 10 days of bringing your puppy home.

  • Continue with your veterinarian’s recommended schedule for vaccinations, deworming, and health checkups, starting no later than nine weeks of age.

  • We will ensure your puppy is vaccinated and dewormed before they leave our care.

Health Guarantee Limitations

Our guarantee covers genetic health but does not include:

  • Temperament, adult size, weight, coat color, markings, or trainability.

  • Conditions influenced by external factors, such as poor diet, lack of exercise, or insufficient care.

  • Issues related to breeds known to be predisposed to specific conditions (e.g., hip dysplasia in overweight dogs).

  • Cosmetic conditions or non-life-threatening issues (e.g., undescended testicles).

  • Any puppy that has not received regular veterinary care or has deviated from the recommended vaccination schedule.
